The limit, plainly
Free covers up to 3 active employees and has no payroll. When you add person number 4, we ask you to choose a plan before the record is saved, or to add Performance and Career & Succession ($2 per employee a month), which lifts the limit to 250 people. Nothing you have entered is hidden or deleted.

Expiry reminders
Certificates and licences with an expiry date are flagged before they lapse, for the holder and for you.
Add payroll when you're ready
Your records carry straight over. Small is $29 a month for up to 10 employees; Growth is $3 per employee a month for 11 to 250, billed for the people you have. Payroll available in Jamaica; Barbados, Belize and other territories coming soon.
