Pricing questions
Who counts as an employee?
Each person with an active employee record during the month. Someone who leaves is counted in their last month, then not again.
What happens when I add person number 4 on Free?
We ask you to choose a plan, or to add Performance and Career & Succession, before saving the new record: that add-on lifts Free's limit from 3 to 250 people. Everything you have entered stays as it is.
What happens when my team grows past 10?
We offer you Growth, at $3 for each employee. Your records, payroll history and settings carry straight over.
Do I have to pay for setup?
No. You can set up yourself. Guided setup is optional, and we recommend it for teams moving payroll from another system.
Which territories can I run payroll in?
Jamaica today, with NIS, NHT, PAYE, Education Tax and HEART/NTA. Barbados, Belize and other territories are coming soon, each switched on once its rules and returns are verified. Every other product works in any country today.
Can I try an add-on first?
Yes. Your company's Owner can try Recruiting or Strategy and Alignment free for 7 days from your workspace, once per module.
