Partner Terms

These terms are between bConsulted LLC, 5990 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, VA 22303 (“we”), which operates Empower HR, and the firm we approve as a partner. They are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. They sit beside our Terms of Service, which also apply. [Counsel to confirm the courts that hear disputes and who may accept these terms on a firm's behalf.]

We approve a firm for each line it works on (Payroll, Recruiting, Performance, Strategy, Talent). A firm acts for a client only in the lines and with the powers that client's Owner allows, and only while the engagement lasts. [Counsel to set out the grounds on which we may refuse, suspend or end an approval.]

A yearly partner fee of $300, credited in full against the firm's usage charges in the same fee year, and a monthly charge per active employee for each client company the firm bills, as shown on our partner program page. Prices are in US dollars. [Counsel and the owner to confirm invoicing, payment terms, taxes, late payment and notice of price changes.]

Each client company owns its data and keeps full rights over its own account. A client's Owner may stop being billed through the firm or end the engagement at any time; the firm's access then ends and the client keeps its data. [Counsel to settle what the firm owes for the month in which a client leaves.]

A firm handles its clients' employee data only to do the work the client engaged it for, and contacts a client's people only through the platform. [Data processing terms between the firm, its clients and us, to be drafted by counsel.]
